Ownership Requirement: All businesses must be legally registered and compliant with applicable regulations and must be actively working to break cycles of intergenerational poverty within the African diaspora and the world through measurable impact

Store must have a rating of 4 stars or higher. If service doesn't have reviews on an already existing service listing site such as Bookings.com or TripAdvisor,  business must provide proof of ratings with testimonials from customers. We do our research! Up-to-date Information: Business owners must keep their listings current, including contact information, hours of operation, and services. Professionalism: All businesses must maintain a professional online presence. This includes avoiding offensive content, discriminatory language, or unethical business practices. Transparency: Provide clear and accurate descriptions of your  products/services, pricing, and policies.​ Reviews: The directory reserves the right to publish only reviews that are respectful, constructive, and focused on the customer experience. Negative feedback will be accepted but must be expressed in a professional and constructive manner aimed at helping the business improve. The directory may edit or reject reviews that violate these standards. Non-compliance: Businesses that do not comply with directory policies (e.g., misrepresentation, failure to maintain updated information, unethical practices) may be removed or suspended.
