Cancellation Policy

Booking Policy 1. Booking Requirement All website projects begin with a required Brand Website Start Session. This session is used to understand your brand, clarify your website needs, and determine the appropriate build tier before any design work begins. 2. Payment Policy A $35 deposit is required to secure your booking. This deposit is applied toward your total website project if you move forward Remaining balance is due after your project tier is confirmed Website build pricing ranges from $350–$1500 depending on scope 3. Client Responsibility (Platform Fees) Clients are responsible for: Wix subscription plan Domain purchase (if applicable) Any third-party platform fees These are paid directly to Wix or relevant providers and are not included in service pricing. 4. Rescheduling Policy Clients may reschedule their session with at least 24 hours notice. Missed appointments or same-day cancellations may require a new booking fee Repeated rescheduling may result in booking restrictions 5. Late Arrival Policy Sessions begin at the scheduled time. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may shorten your session Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling 6. Refund Policy The $35 deposit is non-refundable, as it secures your time and consultation slot. 7. Project Scope Final pricing is determined after the consultation based on: Website size Product/catalog volume Design complexity Overall structure needs Additional features or changes outside the agreed scope may affect pricing. 8. Communication All project communication will take place after booking and during the active build phase. 9. Project Start Projects begin only after: consultation is completed tier is confirmed remaining balance is paid 10. Agreement By booking, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the structure of the Brand Website Design & Launch process.
